BOOKING WITH EDUCATIONAL SCHOOL TRAVEL

Booking with Educational School Travel is an easy, step by step process.

	Choose your destination. Once you find what you group needs or if you need a customized student tour, call us or fill out our ‘Request a quote’ form.

	Depending on your special needs and specific budget, our tour coordinator will tailor an itinerary based on the exact requirements of your group. Then, a detailed quotation and a booking form will be sent to you.

	Once you’ve come to a decision and you are ready to confirm, you can do so by sending us your completed booking form and the deposit of $500 per school group. As soon as we’ve received the deposit payments your accommodation, attractions and coach will be booked and an itinerary together with the final quote will be sent out for your approval. We will be communicating with you at all appropriate times leading up to your departure.

	A tax invoice will be forwarded to you and payment is required within 14 days of invoice date.
